From July, depending on where you live, Google will now generally charge developers 20 percent for in-app purchases, or 10 percent for subscriptions - but it's also carving out several new categories of app which might pay differently. The Studio Display XDR is a bigger story. Apple is positioning it as a replacement for the Pro Display XDR at a significantly lower price. It features the same 27-inch 5K Retina canvas, but with a mini-LED backlight system using over 2,000 local dimming zones, up to 2,000 nits of peak HDR brightness, a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate with Adaptive Sync.
